Shri Singh brings with him over 35 years of professional experience, including more than 32 years of distinguished service across technology, digital banking, financial inclusion, governance, and financial services.
Shri Singh envisions further strengthening NeSL's position as a trusted digital institution serving the financial and insolvency ecosystem. His is focused on enhancing NeSL's role as a reliable and authoritative repository of financial information and records under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, thereby contributing to greater transparency, efficiency, and confidence across the ecosystem.
Mr. Vaidyanathan is a veteran banker and technologist with a rich and diverse global experience, spanning leading multinational banks, consulting firms, and technology companies. His expertise uniquely blends banking, technology, consulting, and business leadership.
He has been a key member of start-up teams at multiple banks, serving as chief information officer and part of the executive leadership team. He is widely recognized for his significant contributions to the banking & finance industry, and among his recent achievements is leading a successful digital core banking transformation in record time. Currently he is driving NeSL's enterprise technology strategy and leading the digital modernization initiatives to strengthen technology capabilities across the organization. He is responsible for aligning NeSL's IT strategy with its business goals, regulatory mandates, and national digital infrastructure initiatives.
Shri. Pradeep is a Chartered Accountant and an IIMV alumnus. He brings multinational experience across FMCG, renewables, and consulting. His expertise in finance, spreads across accounting, audit, tax, treasury, M&A, and risk management, while driving business performance, planning, & governance.
Smt. S. Padmavathy is a seasoned Company Secretary with 10+ years of experience in secretarial, regulatory compliance, governance, and statutory management. She joined NeSL in its early inception days and played a pivotal role by supporting multiple departments and the establishment of key corporate functions.
She currently leads the corporate secretarial function ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks across the organization
Dr. Mustafa, a Ph.D. in Business Policy and Administration and an MBA from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, has 25+ years of experience in the areas of strategy, alliances, business development, new business opportunities and government relationships. At NeSL, he is responsible for P&L and heads digital marketing, relationship and strategy and new initiatives departments.
Shri. Sandeep is a result-oriented technologist with 20+ years of experience in Product Development, Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, and Technology Leadership. He excels at aligning tech strategy with business goals, driving innovation, and delivering scalable solutions.
Shri. Venkata Rao is a veteran Banker with rich experience in all facets of banking including credit dispensation and digital banking / banking fintech services, with exposures at various geographies in his long tenure of about 40 years in Canara Bank.
He demitted his assignment with Canara Bank as DGM in the year 2016 and thereafter associated himself with NeSL-IU. Being one of the pioneering team members during the formative years of IU, he has contributed immensely towards evolving procedures and processes, besides throwing his mite and contacts in Banking Sector, in garnering amole business support for the Institution. He is a postgraduate in Electronics, MBA, CAIIB, graduate in law and qualified Insolvency Professional.
Shri. Debasis has played a pivotal role at NeSL IU since its inception; working with regulators, banks, and stakeholders to shape processes and reporting frameworks. With postgraduate degrees in Management and Engineering; he has held leadership roles in technology for major banks and software firms in the past.
Shri. Jaidev brings with him over two and a half decades of rich and diverse HR leadership experience across global organisations spanning Technology, IT Products, BPO, Manufacturing, and Corporate environments.
He has a strong track record of partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, organisational transformation, talent development, employee engagement, and operational excellence. In his previous leadership roles, Mr. Jaidev has successfully led large-scale HR initiatives including talent management frameworks, culture transformation programs, HR digitisation, leadership development, and data-driven HR analytics, and is known for building high-performance, inclusive, and agile organisations aligned with business growth and sustainability. At NeSL, Mr. Jaidev will lead the Human Resources and Administration functions, focusing on strengthening organisational capability, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s next phase of strategic growth.
Shri. Jitendra has 18 years of experience in banking and information utility, with expertise across corporate/wholesale banking and SME segments in credit admin documentation, risk management, and operations.
Shri. Jyothish, an engineering graduate with a post-graduation in management, has over 26 years of experience in digital governance and information security. He has expertise in data centers, networking/MPLS, cybersecurity & forensics, continuous monitoring, ISMS, etc.
Shri. Venkat is a results-oriented technologist at NeSL, bringing 25+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technology leadership.
He is recognized for hands-on, collaborative leadership, working closely with internal teams and vendors to build highly available, reliable infrastructure, streamline operations, and embed strong security controls. He played a vital role in implementing ISO 27001 processes in 2021, contributing directly to NeSL’s successful certification that year. His focus is always on measurable business impact and operational resilience.
Smt. Suparna, a banking professional who moved into the insolvency ecosystem, has worked with IIP-ICAI as Program Coordinator for advocacy projects and later with the IPA of ICMAI as a Monitoring and Compliance Officer for insolvency professionals.
Shri. Amit, a fellow member of the ICSI, Associate Member of the ICMAI, a registered Insolvency Professional with a degree in Law, has over 23 years of professional experience in the areas of Corporate Laws, Compliance & Regulatory Laws, Securities Laws, Finance and Insolvency Laws.
NeSL is India’s first Information Utility and is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
