NeSL’s Digital Document Execution (DDE) is an innovative solution that enables the execution of legally enforceable, paperless documentation through e-signing and e-stamping. DDE was designed with the vision of becoming a Unified Contracting Interface (UCI), capable of supporting a wide range of documentation needs across industries and sectors.
DDE also supports the Digital India (DI) program of the Government of India, whose vision is to transform the country into a digitally empowered society and knowledge-based economy.
With NeSL’s DDE, businesses and organizations can save significant time and resources, reduce operational risks, and improve customer satisfaction all while complying with an increasingly digitized regulatory framework.
Non-Inventory e-stamp model using prefunded Digital ledger. e-stamp certificate generated on a real time basis. Procurement of e-stamp certificate for any denomination. There is no requirement to take print out of e-stamp certificate and collect physical copy of e-stamp certificate as proof.
Seamless e-sign journey facilitated through integration with three empanelled e-sign Providers (ESP). e-sign coordinates can be determined by the signatories. Choice of having e-sign on all pages or specific pages. The platform supports multiple signatories to a document.
Available as a web solution or as an API solution that can be integrated with ERP, Loan management systems and other systems to align with varying user journeys. Documents have been accessed and executed from even outside India at any time of day. All executed documents can be accessed at any time on the NeSL platform to authorised persons.
Dedicated IT Infrastructure hosted in ISO 20001:2022 and ISO 20000-1:2018 certified Tier-4 DC / DR in different geographical locations (seismic zones) to ensure continuity in services. The platform is available for users 24/7.
Document executed via DDE is legally enforceable in digital form. NeSL is regulated by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) offers seamless.

DDE is available as a web solution and an API service that can be integrated with ERP systems to adapt to a wide range of contracting needs. If you are an Individual or company seeking to execute a single contract you may use our Citizen Centric Service for execution. For organisations using DDE for large volume contracts, we advise using our API to integrate with your organisation's ERP system, integration is simple and easy and our relationship team can assist you in the integration process.
NeSL does not offer a stand-alone e-stamp paper procurement service. DDE is available as an integrated solution offering the complete contracting journey that includes e-stamping with content and e-signing. Depending on your needs, by using our API services, organisations can customise the DDE contracting journey to align with their customer journey. For more details, contact our Relationship Team.
DDE offer 3 forms of e-signing in the contracting journey. AADHAR OTP based e-singing, AADHAR biometric e-singing and dongle based DSC signing.
DDE can be used for a wide range of use cases such as - Rental agreements, Loan contracts, B2B Contracts, Power of Attorney and many more.
