Deputy Manager – Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

  1. To carry out day-to-day Information Utility Compliance Functions under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, involving the following:
  2. Ensuring Compliance to the provisions of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, & allied regulations and reporting to the Board (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India), instances of non-compliance of any provision of the code, observed, if any.
  3. Submission of Annual Compliance Reports to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI)
  4. Responding to inter departmental and Client queries on regulatory interpretations and legal implications on IU processes
  5. Review of IU processes & suggesting amendments to IBBI (IU)  Regulations, including Technical Standards issued by IBBI for the working of IUs.
  6. Liaisoning with Regulator- IBBI
  7. The Candidate should possess skills relating to –
    1. Drafting & Vetting of legal contracts / agreements with external clients like- Banks& Financial Institutions
    2. Drafting replies to Legal Notices, filing – objections, Written Statements, Counters to the suits/Writs filed against NeSL by coordinating with Retainer Advocate
    3. Interactions with legal / compliance departments of banks, financial institutions, Indian Banks Association (IBA), Insolvency Professionals IPs), IPAs, NCLTs etc.

Qualifications / Skills :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law, with minimum 3 years of working experience;
  • Knowledge in Banking & finance would be treated as additional trait / qualification.
  • Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred.

Age:

  • Applicants below 35 years of age as on 1-4-2026 are preferred.
