Background

NeSL is India’s first Information Utility and is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the aegis of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The company has been set up by leading banks and public institutions. The primary role of NeSL is to serve as a repository of legal evidence holding the information pertaining to any debt/claim, as submitted by the financial or operational creditor and verified and authenticated by the parties to the debt.

You will perform as an Associate Business Analyst in Business Solutions Group of NeSL. As part of the role, you will be responsible for end-to-end business requirement analysis and solutioning. Among others, the job will require you to: –

1. Requirement elicitation and analysis:
   1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Undertake impact analysis and solutioning for same.
   2. Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows.

2. Solution Design:
   1. Devise optimum system solution approach, in collaboration with the technology teams, to meet business needs.
   2. Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
   3. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals, technological capabilities and consistent with legal and regulatory framework.

3. Stakeholder Communication:
   1. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
   2. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.

4. Documentation:
   1. Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories and user manuals etc.
   2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Quality Assurance:
   1. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
   2. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.

6. Process Improvement:
   1. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
   2. Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
   3. Identification of new business opportunities.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience should be in the banking and financial service sector.
• Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred.

Qualification

Graduate (for experienced candidates) or MBA/MMS/PGDM with specialization in Banking, Finance, Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
