Background
National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) is an Information Utility (IU), registered with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under IBC, 2016, for its Operations Department is looking for candidates to work in a completely computerised environment, with knowledge and experience in IBC, 2016 & allied Regulations and Banking domain, especially loans/advances & in Information Technology.

Job Description:
The candidateshould be able to carry out day-to-day activities related to Information Utility operations like- to identify bottlenecks, minimize transactional errors, safeguard against fraudulent activity, if any, capability to conduct routine audits and enforce strict governance within the set frameworks, adaptability to work with various software, experience in streamlining back-office processes through digitization and system integrations, ability to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve processing times and service delivery quality, skill in training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of operation staff. Effectively distributing administrative workloads while maintaining quality control.
Age:
Age not more than 35-40 years
Qualification:
Postgraduate in any discipline, preferably with law/MBA and with exposure to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, in any capacity.
Experience:
7 to 10 years of work experience in banks/ in the financial services sector/service industry (may be relaxed for suitable candidates)
Skill Sets:
- Excellent command in communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to work in a team, strong understanding of requirements of the client/reporting officers and provide the most effective solution.
- Proficiency in working with MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of multiple languages would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of IBC, 2016
- Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred.
