NeSL organised a Green Warriors award ceremony to recognise and celebrate DDE top performers at Canara Bank. The award ceremony was held on 19th April 2024 at IIM Bangalore Campus in the presence of Shri Ashok Chandra Executive Director, Canara Bank, Shri Sourav Mukherji – Dean Alumni Relations and Development at IIM Bangalore, Dr. Haritha Saranga Chairperson, Sustainability Taskforce, IIM Bangalore and Shri Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri – MD and CEO NeSL. Canara Bank has been a market leader in Gold Loans and their documentation is now being done through NeSL’s DDE. The award ceremony aptly called the Green Warrior awards recognised individuals who have facilitated adoption of NeSL’s DDE to execute digital and paperless documents and thus contributed to saving our trees. The awards were across various categories like Gold Loans and other Retail Assets.
These awards are a testament to Canara Banks vision to emerge as the Best Bank by pursuing industry leading benchmarks in areas such as digital innovation.
