The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, in association with AIPE – Association of Insolvency Professional Entities, organised a National Conference titled ‘Redefining India’s Restructuring Ecosystem’ to mark 10 years of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Shri Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, MD & CEO, NeSL, participated as a panelist in the session “The Road Ahead: Building a Future-Ready Insolvency Ecosystem.” He highlighted NeSL’s role as an Information Utility and an early warning engine through automated alerts at default, filing of application, and admission. He also shared how NeSL’s data supports early resolution by enabling timely action on defaults and strengthening the insolvency ecosystem. He further emphasised the importance of CIRP application alerts under Section 12A of the IBC in ensuring a transparent and efficient resolution process.
