NeSL’s MD & CEO, Shri Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, addressed the Session on “Technology in IBC Processes – AI, Digital CIRP & Information Utilities”, and shared insights on how digital innovation is transforming the insolvency ecosystem. In his address, he stated how Information Utilities are enabling faster verification of debt and default prior to issuance of Record of Default, which facilitates the admission of CIRP. He also spoke about the growing role of AI in document review, and decision support in this process.
